Om Shanti – Welcome to the Miyoga Club.

MIYOGA has been developed in Melbourne since 1979, combining Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong and Tibetan Yoga in a unique style that encourages the development of Self. The meaning of MIYOGA is my experience of union. Students are encouraged to develop a process of unravelling that takes place each time we enter our practice and is determined by the individual. The MIYOGA Club recognises that for this process to occur a deeply nurturing and supportive space is necessary.

We warmly invite you to share this space and discover your own experience of MIYOGA.
